The Claims Department at Virginia Premier Health Plan Inc. (VPHP) is committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service possible.

We have two fundamental beliefs that drive us to be successful;

• We believe in building relationships.  By working closely with our provider network, we can answer questions and resolve issues before they become serious problems.  We all have the same goal, improved health and quality of life of our membership.  

• We believe in technology.  Innovation is the foundation of efficiency.  By embracing technology we find news ways to do old jobs better and with fewer resources.  We often partner with our network providers on new initiatives surrounding the use of technology.

Our mission is to pay claims correctly and quickly the first time.  Doing it right the first time saves time and money for everyone.  We want our providers to spend more time helping us improve the health outcomes of our membership and less time on claims follow-up.
