Member Satisfaction - CAHPS Survey

Every year, The Response Center mails out a survey to a random selection of VPHP members. The survey is called the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey. This survey asks its members’ questions about the care and services received such as the communication skills of the doctors that treat you and how soon you can see a doctor of your choice. The survey also asks you how well VPHP meets your needs when you call VPHP to get or arrange for health care services.

It is important that we receive your survey back. Based on your responses in the survey, we may be able to change or improve our processes or eliminate some steps to make it easier for you to get care or service.

Again, it is very important that you complete and return the survey today, if you receive one in the mail or if someone calls you from The Response Center or VPHP.
