If you are a VPHP Diabetic Member, effective July 2007, you are able to obtain an annual diabetic (dilated) retinal exam. This means you can get a diabetic eye exam every year. So, if you have not had your eye exam this year, please contact a nurse.

If your practitioner believes that you need new glasses or contact lenses due to significant changes in your vision, you can also get new eyewear with a prescription.
