Other Programs to Benefit You

As an employee, you may also be eligible to participate in various programs offered to our staff. Such programs include:

Tuition Reimbursement

Available to employees who enroll as degree seeking students at any accredited university or college. You must be a full-time employee who has reached one (1) year of employment.

Tuition Assistance

Covers tuition and fees for employee’s dependent children who elect to attend Virginia Commonwealth University. You must be a full-time employee who has reached three (3) years of employment.

Infant-At-Work Program

A program that encourages new mothers or fathers to return to work sooner by allowing new parents to bring their infant to work with them until the child is 6 months old or begins to crawl, whichever comes first. Restrictions apply. Full-time and part-time employees (32 hours and greater) may apply.

Operation H.E.L.P. (Helping to Enrich the Lives of People)

This is a volunteer incentive program for employees who donate their time to perform activities that transform their communities through service (i.e. personal interest or corporate-sponsored initiative).
