How do I enroll with Virginia Premier CompleteCare?

Do I still need to keep my regular Medicare ID card?

Your Virginia Premier CompleteCare ID card will now include all of the information you need to show that you are eligible to receive Medicare and Medicaid benefits. The card will also include important phone numbers and prescription information to help you get your medicine. You will no longer need to carry your regular Medicare ID card and your Medicaid information to show proof of eligibility when getting medical services.

As a Virginia Premier CompleteCare member, you must use your membership card whenever you get any services covered by this plan. It is also to be used for prescription drugs you get at network pharmacies.

What happens if I have an Emergency?

If you are having a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.

If you are having a non-life threatening emergency and it is during the normal office hours of your Primary Care Physician (PCP), please contact your PCP. The doctor’s name is listed on your Virginia Premier CompleteCare ID card. If your non-life threatening emergency occurs when your PCP’s office is closed, please contact Member Services or the Virginia Premier Nurse Line at 1-800-256-1982.
